Although other guests may stay in the other part of the semi-detached house, this part of the house separated lengthwise can be considered as a separate summer house where all the rooms and the garden are available only for guests of this part of the house. Besides the 6 bedrooms, there are 3 bathrooms, 2 living-rooms and dining-rooms as well as 2 kitchens in the three-storey house, providing accommodation for up to 18 people. Further rooms and apartments are available in the other part of the house in case the number of guests exceeds 18.
