This villa, which was built in 2003, lies only 500 metres away from the free public beach and the lakeshore promenade which provides a venue for the summer nightlife of Siófok. The main attraction of the house is perhaps the nice garden. Based on our experience gained during the past few years, the popularity of the house can be contributed to the fact that it has relatively small apartments suitable for 2 to 4 people and that we can offer these apartments at a favourable price. You can really spend a week with 2 or 3 of your friends for EUR 100 in pleasant surroundings, even during the busiest season. In the house there are four separate apartments furnished like hotel rooms, one of which is for 2 persons, while the other three for up to 4 people. One of the apartments for 4 people has an appr. 25 m2 bedroom, while the other two have a bedroom and a living-room with 2 beds in each. All four apartments have a kitchenette, a bathroom and, except for the apartment for 2, a balcony as well. Due to the playground in the garden, the accommodation is suitable also for families with children.
