Luxury holiday house with swimming-pool, air conditioning

This is one of the most attractive holiday houses in Siófok. It is remarkable not only because of its exclusive look, downstairs apartment and 8-meter-long pool but also because of its location: right next to the Palace Dance Club and the centre of Siófok-Balatonszéplak-felső, where, besides some famous places of amusement, you can find various entertainment, dining and shopping facilities as well. Retro Beach, which became extremely popular right after its opening, was opened here in 2007. Also restaurant Calypso with a pleasant, small boat station in front of it can be found here. The house is also suitable for families because the street, where the house is situated, is quite little and peaceful. Each of its apartments has an air-conditioner and, naturally, a kitchen, a dining-room and a bathroom. The apartments are to let one by one or the house is available for rent as a whole, for up to 16 people. The description of the four apartments:
a) The entire ground floor: very large living-dining area with kitchen (about 50 m2), 2 bedrooms, bathroom, air conditioning. Accommodation for max 6 pers. (2*2 + 2 spaces in the living room).
b) First floor: the smallest apartment for 2 persons (1*2), like a hotel room with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, air conditioner.
c) First floor: 2 bedrooms apartment (2*2), kitchen with dining area, bathroom, air conditioner.
d) Same like the c).
