The house is in a quiet street leading directly to the Lake, close to the centre of town. There is a small grocery and a restaurant just a few steps away. The bath is only a few minutes walk but if you just want to "jump into the water" you can do it at the end of the street.  The evening entertainment in the summer are events like Wineweek, concerts or an open-air theater, but a simple  evening walk is fun enough in this fizzing little town, bustling with restaurants, pubs and discos. You can taste the famous wines of the south Balaton area at many places. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Safe parking of cars is provided in the courtyard. Garden furniture, BBQ, terraces and sand pit  ensure full relaxation of guests. On the ground floor there is an appartment for 4-6 persons that consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, large terrace. In each of the 2 loft apartments there are 2 bedrooms,  a dining room,  a kitchen and a bath . All the apartments have balconies. All units have private entrances from the common stairway. The apartments are well equipped with full kitchen facilities and satellite TV.

The garden is shared. Balatonlelle holiday house is near  the center of town. So just a few minutes' walk to the pay-bath (with a slide, spa, heated children's pool sandy Lido), the huge free beach. You can take a pleasant evening walk to the bustling city center, which is full of good restaurants. These sites are all in a walking distance, but far enough not to disturb the peace of the night. The Hungarian National Circus is an all summer guest in town as well as the Amusement Park, providing great fun for children. Both facilities ar situated almost on the boundary of Balatonlelle and Balatonboglar. The neighboring countryside offers excellent horse riding and cycling opportunities.
